BEHIND THE LENS

The first instant I realized I wanted to explore more of photography and videography was in high school. But generally, I had been interested in getting my hands on a camera since I was a toddler. My family told me that when I was younger, I would be so interested in holding the camcorder as my dad filmed home videos; or at least tried to. Now, I realize the impact media had as I was growing up. It's a hobby, but also something I'm grateful for everyday. I dove into photography after I started modeling for a friend who was an aspiring photographer at the time. Being in front of the camera only made me interested to be behind it and also capture instead of being captured. The joy behind capturing memories and milestones for others is what makes me happy and excited to create.
